We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our products, and we will try our best to compensate for it.
I am not satisfied with the product. Can I exchange it with another product?
We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our product. In this case, you are welcome to send the product back and we will offer you store credit, which is a unique discount code created for you that contains the exact amount of money that you paid for the unsatisfied product. Please send an email to tell us what’s wrong with the product within 7 days upon the arrival of the product. As soon as we received the email, we will contact you for the details of the return process.
We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for returns. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping charges. Also, the jewelry must be unworn and have the original tag attached.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. However, this does not guarantee a cancellation. If the order has not shipped, we will be glad to cancel and refund your payment.
Are there any exceptions/ non-refundable items?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds and returns on sale items or items that are purchased with store credit.
